This motorbike is cut from brushed aluminum.
Although the material is thin and easy to cut, the trick is to create the detail of all of the internal voids. I chose aluminum to conjure up chrome gleaming in the sun. The textured red paper is just for fun.
I have a companion piece cut in copper, if that is your speed.
As with all my work, I used my scroll saw in the construction of the art, no computer guided tools.
